GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION
We can only accept camera-ready artwork. These digital formats are preferred: CDR, EPS, AI and these are acceptable: JPG, PDF, and TIFF. Files must be at 300 DPI or better. Doc Morgan Inc. reserves the right to determine whether artwork received is camera-ready. Artwork retouching will incur a minimum charge of $35.00 per half hour. Customer will be called with estimate prior to retouching.
The first art proof is FREE for new orders or repeat orders with changes. Subsequent art proofs may incur $10.00 each... (or when additional proofs are required due to preference changes or revisions, a nominal fee will be applied per proof). All art proofs will be either faxed or emailed and production will not be instituted until Doc Morgan Inc. has received written approval, please respond promptly so your order will not be delayed.
Order notifications and credit card statements will reflect this sale as handled by Doc Morgan Inc.
All costs incurred prior to cancellation are customers’ responsibility.
Broken, damaged goods and delays in transit must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product. Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If damage or shortage is found, discuss with carrier at time of delivery for immediate inspection and documentation. Inspection should be made at once in order to file a claim with the carrier. Credit and/or replacement will be issued upon receipt of paid claim. All shipments are F.O.B. Illinois. Merchandise is shipped at buyers’ risk, with title passing at F.O.B. point. Doc Morgan Inc. is not responsible to file claims for shipments made under buyer’s carrier account.

DIE SERVICE CHARGE:
As an added benefit to Job's Daughters International, Doc Morgan Inc. normally waives Die Service charges. Dies become the property of Doc Morgan Inc. and will be used expressly for the original customer. Occasionally another bethel or jurisdiction would like to utilize an existing design, and it is the responsibility of the requesting bethel or jurisdiction to provide Doc Morgan Inc. with written permission from the original customer. It must also be noted if this is a "one time" grant only.
Doc Morgan Inc. product line is subject to change; please contact us at email@example.com to confirm availability. We reserve the right to substitute product of equal or greater value in the event an item becomes unavailable, without prior notification.
NORMAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
Stock items are normally shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Personalized items will require 4-6 weeks from receipt and acceptance of engraving instructions and/or artwork. Custom crowns will require 8-12 weeks. Please allow for transit times in your schedule. Personalized items required in 5 business days or less will incur expedited shipping and possible rush fee.
When certain merchandise is requested in advance of the normal schedule we will accommodate the request with a partial shipment. Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred. When normal schedule for an order has eclipsed and some items remain unavailable Doc Morgan Inc., when requested, will make a partial shipment with no additional fees.
All personalization instructions are subject to review and acceptance by Doc Morgan Inc., space permitting. Engraving instructions must be on your order or written, and may be sent via fax, email, and mail or courier service. Logos cannot be accepted via fax, see above for logo specifications.

Due to the continuing fluctuations in the world Precious Metal Markets, we ask that you consult the chart below to determine if pricing adjustments are necessary and contact our offices for the day’s pricing.
Jewelry Quality Explanation
GEP Gold Electroplate (normally 23 or 24K finish)
RPNS Rhodium Plate, a silver appearing element impervious to tarnish
SP Silver Plate, normally with oxidized background
ST Stainless Steel
GF Gold Filled, lamination of at least 10K gold at least 1/20th by weight (ours are 1/10 10K)
SS Sterling Silver (normally with Rhodium Plate)
10K A solid consistency of 10K gold
14K A solid consistency of 14K gold
While we understand precious metal constraints, we have absolutely no control over them.

Returns of merchandise (for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship) will not be accepted without prior authorization, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any personalized items cannot be accepted back.
Any personalized order required in 5 business days or less will be subject to expedited shipping and possible rush fee. Rush orders are subject to availability of product and scheduling.
Deep Etching included in the price with standard logo of choice. Art Set-Up charges apply for Acrylic, Glass and Crystal. New Art --$39.00 Orders for multiple items of different sizes the set up charge for the additional items will be waived, as long as all items are produced at the same time.
Artwork on File -- $24.00 this set up charge applies to existing artwork, on file, which is resized for a new item. Artwork held for 2 years from original order, then new art charges apply.
Repeat Art -- No Charge, there is no set up charge for repeat orders of the same items, using identical artwork. Artwork held for 2 years from original order, then new art charges apply.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
F.O.B. Illinois. Standard shipping methods are FedEx, UPS or USPS, depending on weight and destination. Special shipping methods and requests are subject to additional handling charges. All export shipments are subject to additional handling charges.
Prepayment with order is expected. Cash, check, credit card. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are welcome for any order.
Jewelry: All goods are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 (six) months from date of shipment. Any product of ours considered being defective or in need of repair should be returned to us promptly. A defective article will be repaired or replaced without charge. A nominal charge may be quoted for the repair or replacement of a damaged article, including stones, providing that it was originally purchased from us. We cannot be responsible for the alteration or repair of our merchandise by others.
Acrylic, Glass, Crystal: Due to their inherent properties, small imperfections may be evident, but do not diminish the value or appeal of the product. Slight differences in size due to hand-finishing and polishing are not considered defects. Variation in materials may result in variances in appearance and are considered to be within industry standards and not defective.
